TELEX is a leading supplier of mission critical communication products serving the Public Safety, Government and Industrial markets. TELEX manufacturers light weight and noise cancelling headsets as well as the "Ear-Mike". The Telex Model EM-200 Ear-Mike Transducer System is used with portable two-way radios to provide a simple one-wire communication system. The EM-200 uses a special transducer, worn in the ear, which functions as both a microphone and earphone. The transducer converts minute voice vibrations within the ear canal during speech into a signal suitable for radio transmission. Users actually listen and talk through this one device in the ear!
